Harvey Chan is a renown illustrator from Toronto, Canada. He has received numerous national & international awards, including: three time winner of the Ruth Schwartz Award and The Governor General Award of Canada. Harvey is also an instructor at the Sheridan College of Art, Oakville ,The Toronto School of Art and The Ontario College of Art and Design, Toronto.
