Artist’s statement:

My work is inspired by microscopic images of living organisms. I am primarily interested in themes relating to chaos and equilibrium and the delicate balance that exists between the two.

Artist’s Bio:

Ilene Kemerley received her art education at The Pennsylvania State University. She also studied graphic design at The Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia, and has been working as a graphic designer for thirteen years.

Her artwork combines the latest digital technology with elements of collage.
