Roger Reutimann

roger reutimann was borne in switzerland in 1961. during his teen-age years he was receiving national
recognition by winning numerous piano competitions and performing as a classically trained concert pianist
in europe.
from 1987 to 1994 reutimann organized and part-owned the annual forum international art fairs in hamburg
and dusseldorf. here is where he built many important relationships with international galleries and collectors.
from 1992 to 1996 reutimann successfully designed, manufactured and distributed his own line of light
fixtures.
1996 reutimann moved to the u.s. where he worked as an artist and builder creating custom homes in miami
beach, fl, including large stained glass ceilings and windows, ornamental plaster ceilings, mosaic marble
floors and custom wood working.
In 2004 he turned his lifelong passion into reality and has since been working as a professional sculptor.
reutimann has degrees in fine art, art history, product design and classical music from the university of zurich
and the conservatory of zurich, switzerland.
